09- 15 am Devotees gather at the school

09–30 Starting Kathina Perahara (procession)

10- 00 Housekeeping matters and Welcome speech

10–05 Offering of lights and incense to the Buddha

10. 10 Introduction

10- 15 Observing the five precepts and Offering Kathina robe to the Sangha

10–25 Acceptance of the Kathina robe. Head monk accepts the Kathina robe and the monks will do Vinaya kamma for the Kathina robe

10- 40 Offering of Buddha Puja

10–50 Offering Dana (food) to the Venerable Monks

12–00 pm Devotees offer other robes, Atapirikara and donations to the Venerable Monks

12–20 Kathina Anumodana Dhamma sermon

12–30 All monks will chant blessings (Pirith)

12–40 Vote of Thanks

12–45 All guests & devotees will have shared lunch

02–30 Re-arrange the hall
