We are happy to inform all our devotees that Mr Russell Shipman (former Venerable Tenzin Chosang) has kindly accepted to conduct this Friday evening meditation session at our Hamilton temple.

The session will be on Friday 20 December 7.00 to 8.00 pm. Those who are willing to stay after the programme to get individual advice on meditation also welcome and Mr Russell will be available to talk to you.
