1.1 Robe offering ceremony

හැමිල්ටන් බෞද්ධ විහාරස්ථානයේ වාර්ෂික කඨින චීවර පූජා මහ පිංකම පසුගිය නොවැම්බර් 15 වැනි ඉරිදා හැමිල්ටන් උසස් බාලක පාසල් ශාලාවේ දී අතිපූජ්‍ය ගරුතර භික්ෂූන් වහන්සේලා පහළොස්නමකගේ සහභාගීත්වයෙන් පැවැත්වුණි.

චිරාගත බෞද්ධ වත්පිළිවෙත්වලට අනුකූලව අතිපූජ්‍ය මහා සංඝරත්නය අභිමුඛයෙහි කඨින චීවර පූජාව සිදු කෙරුණි.

ගරුතර සංඝරත්නය විෂයෙහි දන් පිළිගැන්වීමෙන් පසු සියලු මහා සංඝයා වහන්සේලා විෂයෙහි අටපිරිකර සහ සෙසු පිරිකර පූජා සිදු කෙරුණු අතර පිරිකර පූජා කිරීමට දායකදායිකාවෝ එක් ව සිටියහ.

Robe offering ceremony 2020 (Kathina Puja) was conducted successfully by the Waikato Compassion Meditation Centre (Hamilton Vihara) on 15 November 2020.

The Kathina ceremony is one of the great noble events in Buddhist practice and we would like to thank everyone who gave their time, effort, and resources to make the ceremony successful. Without all your valuable sponsorship, contribution, and participation, the Katina ceremony would not have been successful, and the Venerable monks’ spiritual journey would be substandard.

At this ceremony, not only you gained the blessings of the Venerable monks, but also you gained powerful merits for your spiritual lives. We are very happy for you and extremely grateful that you cared to make the day so special.
