පසුගිය සැප්තැම්බර් 3 ඉරිදා අපේ දහම් හා භාෂා පාසලේ දරු දැරියන් සමග යෝගා පුහුණුකරන ගුරුමහතාද විසින් තවත් යෝග අභ්‍යාස සැසියක් පවත්වන ලදී.

අපගේ ආදරණීය දරුවන්ට මෙම ක්‍රියාකාරකම් මගින් සම්මා සතිය, සෞඛ්‍යය සහ යහපැවැත්ම වර්ධනය වේ. එහි අවස්ථා කිහිපයකි මේ.

Last Sunday, September 3rd, another yoga practice session was conducted by Yoga teacher, who trains yoga with the children of our Dhamma and Language School.
