හැමිල්ටන් විහාරස්ථානයේ (වයිකාටෝ මෛත්‍රී භාවනා මධ්‍යස්ථානය) 2024 වෙසක් උත්සවය එළඹෙන මැයි 25 සෙනසුරාදා පැවැත්වීමට නියමිතය.

බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේගේ උපත, බුද්ධත්වය සහ පිරිනිවන් පෑම සිහිපත් කරන මෙම පින්කම බෞද්ධ දින දර්ශනයේ වැදගත් ස්ථානයක් ගනී.

බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේට නමස්කාර කිරීමටත්, උන්වහන්සේගේ ඉගැන්වීම් පිළිපැදීමටත් අපට මඟ පෙන්වීම සඳහා විහාරස්ථානය විසින් ධර්ම දේශනා, භාවනා සැසි, පූජා, පහන් කූඩු මංගල්‍යය, භක්ති ගී සහ දන්සල සංවිධානය කර ඇත.

Hamilton Vihara (Waikato Compassion Meditation Centre) 2024 Vesak Celebration Festival to be held on Saturday 25 May.

This auspicious event, commemorates the Lord Buddha's Birth, Enlightenment, and Passing, holds a significant place in the Buddhist calendar.

The Vihara has organized Dhamma talks, Meditation sessions, Puja, Lantern festival, Bhakthi Gee, and Dansala to honor the Lord Buddha and help us practice, and follow his teachings.

Program:
Saturday 25th from 8 a.m to 4 p.m
Eight precepts day (Sil Program). Includes Meditation, Dhamma talks, Dhamma discussions, and Vandana. Venerable monks and guest teachers will conduct the program in Sinhala and English languages. (There will be a meditation session and Dhamma discussion in English from 9:30 a.m. conducted by venerable Rohini Maniyo)

5:30 p.m. Opening of Bo Kutiya and Bodhi Vandana
6:15 p.m. Bhakthi Gee
6:45 p.m. Opening of Dhamma School student's creations and pandal
7:00 p.m. Dansala
